UK2You User Agreement
TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 Introduction
This document sets out details of the Services offered by UK2You Ltd (“we”, “us”, “UK2You”, or “website”) and the terms under which Members (“you”) may make use of the Services. You are entering into an Agreement with us by accepting these Terms & Conditions when you register with UK2You via our website.
You should note that these Terms & Conditions may be changed from time to time in line with Clause 10 below. Members will be notified by email should changes become necessary.
2 Membership
Membership of UK2You is for EU residents over the age of 18 years.
Non-
Membership is restricted to private individuals and to one email address per Member.
It is the responsibility of each Member to ensure their details are accurate and up to date.
3 Cancellation of membership by members
Individual Members may withdraw their Membership at any time by communicating to UK2You via email of their wish so to do.
4 Claims & Disputes
All goods and Services promoted by the retailers identified on the UK2You website are provided by the individual retailer in question and UK2You makes no guarantee in respect of them. The contract to purchases goods or Services is between the retailer and the Member. Members should exchange defective products or goods by following procedures laid down by the retailer. Members should exercise the same degree of caution in entering into transactions with retailers online through UK2You that they would when entering into similar transactions offline.
5 Copyright
The website www.uk2you.com is protected by copyright. The site is for individual Member’s personal use only. The site or parts of it may not be reproduced or made available to third parties by Members.
6 Indemnity
We take reasonable care to ensure that the information and data provided on this site is accurate and up to date. We give no warranty however of the accuracy of any information on the site and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions nor for any resulting damage or loss that may arise.
7 Privacy
UK2You takes the privacy of the details you give us very seriously. Please see our separate “Privacy Policy” for details.
8 Suspected fraud
If it is suspected that the site is being used fraudulently by a UK2You Member, that Member’s Account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation. This is to protect our retailers and any transactions deemed to be of a suspicious nature may require verification by ourselves and/or the retailers involved.
9 This Agreement
Your registration as a Member of UK2You assumes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. You should make a copy of this Agreement by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy (download HERE) on your own computer. It is offered in English only.
From time to time it may be necessary to make alterations to this Agreement and post the new version on the UK2You website. When we do this, we will identify to Members via an email communication those clauses which have been affected by changes so that individual Members may satisfy themselves in respect of the changes made.

All communications relating to this Agreement are to be sent and received by email. Members should email UK2You (contact us here) and UK2You will send out notices to Members at the email address notified to us when each Member registers or updates their UK2You Account.
